At Indiginize Creations, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency. Please take note of the following shipping details:

• Processing Time for Custom Orders: Custom orders requires up to 6 weeks for completion. Once your custom item is ready, it will be promptly shipped.
• Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped out weekly via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping service selected. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during holidays or unforeseen delays.
• Tracking: All orders include tracking to ensure you can stay updated on your package’s journey.
